Steps to set up your Trezor Device on Trezor Suite App:
We have mentioned below an easy step-by-step guide that will help you to connect your Trezor device with Trezor Suite within a few simple steps.
Connect your Trezor Device to your preferred computer or laptop by using a compatible data cable.
Trezor will start up and then you can see an instruction on it to go to trezor.io/start.
Open your preferred browser and search trezor.io to visit the official web page of trezor.io/start.
Click on the “Download for desktop” button to download Trezor Suite App.
Once you have installed the Suite app, launch it and install the latest firmware by hitting on the “Install Firmware” button.
Now, ensure that the firmware fingerprints on your web browser screen are the same as on your Trezor device screen.
Press “Continue” on your Trezor hardware wallet.
Click on “Continue” on your web browser screen and then click on the “Create New Wallet” tab.
A text will appear on your browser screen i.e., “Your wallet is almost ready”.
Click on “Create Backup” and then on “Begin Backup” to generate a backup seed phrase for your wallet.
Press “Confirm” on your Trezor device and then securely note down the 12 words seed phrase in the same order as shown on your Trezor device.
In the last step, simply create a wallet access PIN and enter it in the required fields by following on-screen instructions to finish the entire process of connecting your Trezor Device with the Trezor App.
